Releasing EAM WO, AME Approval Generated Instead Of FYI Notification (Expecting only a Notification) (Doc ID 1223657.1)

Goal

Created a rule for FYI notification but approval notification is generated.

Created two AME rules one for Work order release approval and other to generate FYI notification when the work order is approved.
A work order approval notification is sent to the department approver when the work order is released.
After this, work order is released instead of generating a FYI notification a notification for approval is generated again to the approver which is set for FYI notification.

How to make the notification to be sent without the approving process?
