Error When Adding A New Field Of 'Adjustment Reason ID' To A Manager Layout; Error: "A value has been entered for Adjustment Reason on a grid that has not been saved" (Doc ID 1223893.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.1.2 when a custom Manager Layout for Invoice is used with the filed 'Adjustment Reason ID' the following error occurs:

"A value has been entered for Adjustment Reason on a grid that has not been saved"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM 6.1 system

2 - Navigate to: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manager Layout.

3 - Search for an copied INVOICE, creating and new Manager Layout.

4 - In the line item tab click Customise Grid.

5 - Tick the Customise Section Line Item

6 - Click Add Field
a - Label: field.invoice_lineitem/adjustment_reason/xid
b - Field: Adjustment Reason ID
c - Click Save

7 - Remove the pre-existing Adjust Reason drop down list field.

8 - Click Finished.

9 - Navigate to: Configuration and Administration > User configuration > Screen Set Manager.

10 - Search for and copy INVOICE_INVOICE Screen Set, creating and new Screen Set.

11 - Set the General Tab to go to the Manager Layout created above.

12 - Add the Screen Set to the menu, log off and back on to OTM for the change to take effect.

13 - Click on the new link in the menu.

14 - Run an open search and Edit one of the Invoices.

15 - In the line items tab enter a value (use the 'l' icon to gain a value) in the 'Adjustment Reason' field.

16 - Click Save.

17 - The following error is displayed:

"A value has been entered for Adjustment Reason on a grid that has not been saved".
