Symptoms

When attempting to run the Quantum Data Update Installer process, the following error occurs.


Library error: ld.so.1: PYUVEN: fatal: /u03/oracle/OTST3/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/vendor/quantum/lib/libcb63.so: open failed: No such file or directory
