Symptoms

Items are stuck in the 'Loaded' status in a WMS enabled organization and are unable to be shipped. 
The transfer_lpn_id is populated in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS (MMTT) but is not showing in  WMS Control Board.
