On : 11.5.10.2 version, Workflow,Approval,Common Funct

When attempting to submit an HR process for Approval, the following Workflow error occurs.

3205: 'hrmsdevelopmentteam@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.co.uk' is not a valid role or user name.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit a process for Approval.
2. Error in the workflow
