Transactions Workbench: Address Line 4 Not Displayed When Creating Invoice (Doc ID 1225083.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to enter an invoice.  The Address Line 4 is not reflected.
When you save and requery the transaction, the Address Line 4 is displayed.

When the same address is used to import a transaction using AutoInvoice, the Address Line 4 is displayed upon querying the imported transaction.
