Symptoms

The Standard Managers stop working at least once a day. Their status is node/queue not available.

Recent changes to the system: Database upgrade to 10.2.0.4 from 9.2.0.8
Switch over from OCFS2 file system to ASM
Setup PCP concurrent processing on RAC enabled system.
