Child Install Base Owner is Different from the Parent Install Base Owner (Doc ID 1226820.1)

Symptoms

After adding a Child Instance to another Instance with a different Owner, the Child Instance does not automatically update to the Owner on the Parent Instance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the child Instance to update with the new Owner information without manual intervention.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select an existing Instance in Install Base
2. Add a Child Instance (belonging to another customer) to the selected Instance
3. Observe that the Owner on the Child Instance did not change to the new Owner (Owner on Parent Instance)
