STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to French,
2. Query the Activity at Master level and update the activity description
3. Query the activity at Org level and update the activity description
4. Activity Description not updated at Activity Workbench/Activities Associations window
5. Activity Description not updated at Activity Workbench/Last Service Information window
6. Activity Description not updated at Activity Workbench/Suppression window
7. Activity Description not updated at Activity Workbench/Estimation/Activity Cost window
8. Activity Description not updated at Maintenance Workbench/Forecast window
