 1. Download patch 5567658 from My Oracle Support (MOS)
 2. Set the environment variables
 3. Copy patch 5567658 to your data base $ORACLE_HOME and $IAS_ORACLE_HOME
 
4. Uncompress the patch zip file in data base $ORACLE_HOME and $IAS_ORACLE_HOME
 5. Install Oracle Configuration Manager in the data base ORACLE_HOME using the Command Line Interface
 6. Run installCCRSQL script for RDBMS below to 10.2.0.4
 7. Step required for Oracle E-Business Suite
 8. Install Oracle Configuration Manager using the Command Line Interface in the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME
 9. Open MOS and click on Systems tab to be able to see all the collections:
