Symptoms


When attempting to create timecard the following error occurs.

Error
-----------------------
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: No data found for region (/oracle/apps/hxc/regionMap/EUI_HXC_CUI_PROJECT_LOV).
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanFactoryImpl.getWebBeanBaseData(OAWebBeanFactoryImpl.java:1700)

Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 12.1.3
2. Try to create a timecard
