Symptoms

Find that intermittently, on Depot Repair Logistics tab, the process of order booking and process receiving and shipping cannot complete. Booking orders leads to error:

One of the record (Identified by record index 1 and Item ID: ######) in the

Transaction Line Detail table is sourced but does not have an owner. Instance cannot be created without an owner.
 
CS_DB_ERROR
Cannot complete process of order booking CSI_TXN_OWNER_NOT_FOUND

Steps to Reproduce

(R)Depot Repair
1. Find a service request/repair order
2. In the repair order navigate to Logistics Tab
3. Try to process the logistic line and the reported error occurs
