R12: Service: CSI_TXN_OWNER_NOT_FOUND When Booking Charge Line

Find that intermittently, on the logistics tab of the service request, the process of order booking and process receiving and shipping cannot complete. Booking orders leads to error:


One of the record (Identified by record index 1 and Item ID: 103626) in the

Transaction Line Detail table is sourced but does not have an
owner. Instance cannot be created without an owner.
Cannot complete process of order booking CSI_TXN_OWNER_NOT_FOUND

Steps to Reproduce

(R)Depot Repair
1. Find SR >Logistics Tab
2. select x Process Transaction ; Type : return
3. Automate order process steps -> select x
book order select x > press 'process' > This leads to the Error.
