You have added the following functions to the menu of new Report Manager's Responsibility:

Report Set Publishing Options
Report Set Publishing Location
Standard Report Submission
Security Workbench
Repository Management
Financial Report Template Editor
Financial Report Submission
Account Analysis and Drilldown Mirror
FSG Drilldown: Launch Page
FSG Drilldown: Balance Inquiry Page
FSG Drilldown: Effective Range Selection Page
FSG Drilldown: Select Content Set Rows

When attempting to access any of the the Report Manager's functions , the following error occur

ERROR

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. "

Diagnostics log file shows the following :-
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NumberFormatException: null at
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:888)
.
java.lang.NumberFormatException: null
at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:394)
at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:476)
