Inventory Material Transaction ID Not Updating Csi_transactions After Field Service Usage Done (Doc ID 1229355.1)

Symptoms

After a Field Service transaction occurs, the inventory material transaction id is not available in the transaction history screen of the item instance. Standard material transactions do display transaction id's here, just field Service transactions seem to be missing their transaction id.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Create a Field Service transaction on a Install Base Tracked Item
2. Navigate to Install Base and query the item instance from Step 1. Transaction will be there but there will be no inventory transaction ID. The status of the transaction will either be complete or pending.
