IEXRCALL.fmb--Advanced Collections form
When You Enter Y for Litigation Approval, the Advanced Collections Status Changes From Litigation to Delinquent
You have performed the following steps:
1. Create Litigation for invoice or Lease Contract. This will change the Collections Status in Advanced Collections form (IEXRCALL) to Litigation
2. Go to Collections Manager > Collections > Delinquencies > Litigation
Click on the Litigation ID you just created and change the Litigation Approval to Y (Yes)
3. Back into the IEXRCALL form, the Collections Status is now Delinquent
No disposition was entered in the Litigation form, you only changed the Litigation Approval to Y (Yes).
