Planners Workbench: Planners From Only One Organization Are Displayed. (Doc ID 1229753.1)

Symptoms

In The Planners Desktop form under the Planning parameters tab, there is a Planner field.  The LOV displays planners from only one Organization.

Planners are set up in Inventory > Set Up > Planners in multiple organizations.
Expect all planners to be displayed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Spares Management
2. Planner's Desktop
3. Select Planning Node
4. Planning Parameters TAB
5. Planner field.
