Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Data Quality Management

When attempting to run Customer Merge for e.g. account number 123456, the following message is displayed

ERROR
-----------------------
"A request to merge account 123456 with account 30245 has already been submitted, Please ensure that the request has completed before you reselect account 123456"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Receivables Responsibility

1. Navigate: Customers -> Customer Merge
2. Enter customer number 123456. The message is displayed
