Errors in the iStore Order Tracker tabs 'Your search has retrieved no records' (Doc ID 1230965.1)

Symptoms

In the iStore Order Tracker and the Orders tab or any tabs such as Invoices, Payments, Returns when there are no transactions within the past 7 days the following error is returned -

OR

In the Invoices tab and the Payments tab when drill to transaction details and choose the hyperlink "Back to Invoice Summary" or "Back to Payment Summary" the following error is returned -

ERROR -

"Your search has retrieved no records."
