This problem can occur on any platform.
You are in the Print Statements form (ARXSUPST) and filling
in inputs to generate a statement for a customer.
(N) Print Documents-> Statements
You have entered following inputs-
1. Print option (from LOV).
2. Aging bucket
3. Trying to enter customer name and clicked on LOV icon
but it shows no customer entries to choose from.
You have setup your customers, yet LOV is empty. Why are
customers missing, or not available to choose from a list?
