Contact Center Form Service Request Tab Shows Wrong Value In Owner Field (Doc ID 1233164.1)

Symptoms

Find that there is a wrong display about the SR Owner field in the Service Request Tab of the Contact Center Form

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open Contact Center form
2.Service Request Tab
3.Try to create new service request
4.Click on Owner LOv and select value and create a SR
5.Re-query the SR. In the owner field it displays source name and not resource name
