Symptoms

Error Code: CSI_API_INVALID_SERIAL_NUM
Error Message:  The Item is serial controlled. The Serial number &SERIAL_NUMBER entered is invalid or does not exist in Inventory tables or the "MFG_SERIAL_NUMBER_FLAG" in the Installed Base is "NULL" for Serialized Item Instances.


When attempting to process RMA transaction the following error occurs:

The Item is serial controlled. The Serial number xxxx entered is invalid or does not exist in Inventory tables or the "MFG_SERIAL_NUMBER_FLAG" in the Installed Base is "NULL" for Serialized Item Instances.
