Symptoms


When attempting to run retropay, the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-06881: Error ORA-20001: Incorrect format for Number unit of measure.

has occurred in table insert_retro_entry at location 4517

Cause: an oracle error has occurred. The failure was reported on table insert_retro_entry at location 4517 with the error text ORA-20001: Incorrect format for Number unit of measure.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add the Special Tax Deduction element to an employee.
2. Make a retrospective change which would then affect the Special Tax Deduction element
3. Run Dutch Enhanced Retropay and review the log file.
