Symptoms
When using the 12.1.1 version of the Depot Repair module, and attempting to create a Repair Order, the following error occurs.
ERROR

"the repair number created for SR nnnnn is nnnnn and RMA number is not booked."
-----------------------
"the repair number created for SR nnnnn is nnnnn and RMA number is not booked."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Depot Repair HTML Page
2. Create new order
