RGXGRRST: FSG Report Submission - Unable To Clear, Delete Or Remove Segment Override Values

Symptoms
Users are not able to clear the default value for the Segment Override in Financial Report Submission window.
1. Login as General Ledger Superuser
Navigation : Reports : Request : Financial
2. For "Report" field, select the value an FSG Report
3. Select the Optional Components. Under the "Segment Override" filed, value
-01----
is defaulted
4.Click on the LOV then click on "Clear" button > "Ok" button. The value will be still present and it is not cleared as expected
Note: the same issue may be reported on other forms, as this is FND issue specific to flexfields, not to General Ledger only. An example would be AP Invoice distribution form (APXINWKB).
