After Upgrade to R12, No Data Exists in Table CE_SECURITY_PROFILES_GT (Doc ID 1235213.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to R12, no data exists in table CE_SECURITY_PROFILES_GT.
As this table is used in view CE_222_TRANSACTIONS_V, this view is also unable to retrieve any data.

How to resolve this issue ?


Changes

Upgrade to R12 from 11i.
