Serial Numbers Not Showing After Switching Active Party (Doc ID 1235777.1)

Symptoms

When trying to log a Service Request for a user that has selected a non-default party using multi-party functionality, the LOV for serial numbers (IBU_CF_SR_SERIAL_NUM_LOV) contains no data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the serial numbers for the party selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupport Admin, assign multiple parties and account to an iSupport business user
2. iSupport Business user: switch parties to any party other than the default
3. iSupport Business user: Enter an SR, pull up the LOV for serial numbers (install base). No records are returned
