Unable To Update An Instance When Navigating From Depot Repair (View Configuration) (Doc ID 1236336.1)

Unable to update an Item Instance when navigating from Depot Repair (Repair Order => View Configuration).
The Installed Base responsibility that gets invoked is Oracle Installed Base User.

User is finding differences in behavior when the instance is in Inventory.
From Depot Repair, the JTT pages do not render Save/Apply buttons whereas when using the Installed Base Agent User responsibility, the OAF pages render Save/Apply buttons and user can save changes.

Expect both Depot Repair and main Install Base to use same pages and give same functionality.

(R) Depot Repair Manager
(N) Depot Repair > Repair Orders Find

1. Query for a Repair Order
2. Click on View Configuration (button). This opens IB page (JTF)
3. Click on the Description link 
4. In Instance Details page Save/Apply buttons are not rendered.
