Find performance issues when viewing Work Order Details and in updating Work Orders after applying EAM patch 8450377

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to view and update work orders within a reasonable amount of time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Super User (or any EAM Self Service Responsibility)
2. Nav: Work Orders -> All
3. Update a Work Order
4. Or View Work Order Details
