AutoReconciliation Does Not Create Tax for Miscellaneous Receipts (AR) (Doc ID 1236683.1)

Symptoms

Using Receivables Activity with Auto Reconciliation in Cash Management.

When auto reconciliation is run it creates a miscellaneous receipt and reconciles the bank statement but the receipt created does not account for any tax.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Import bank statement
  2. Transaction shows as unreconciled
  3. Run Autoreconciliation
  4. Miscellaneous receipt is created and the bank statement line is marked reconciled
  5. Open miscellaneous receipt and find that Tax is not there.

 

If you are in Release 12.1.1 and your Receivables Activity form ARXSUMRT.fmx Version is 12.0.25.12010000.9 or higher, this problem can happen.
