Locator Lov Does Not Show Any Locator Value In Receiving And Related Forms,So User Unable To Select (Doc ID 1237603.1)

Symptoms

On Enter Receipts form and Receiving Transactions, the locator List Of Values (LOV) does not show any values.  The sub-inventory selected has locators assigned to it correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
---------------------
1. Purchasing or Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to Receiving > Receipts
   or Transactions > Receiving > Receipts
3. Query the PO to receive
4. Enter quantity and sub-inventory
5. Click on LOV for locator.  No values are listed

Project Manufacturing (PJM) is enabled for another inventory organization, but not for the one where this issue occurs.  The LOV shows correct values in PJM enabled organization. To check if PJM is enabled in an inventory organization, please run the following SQL:

select project_reference_enabled from mtl_parameters where organization_id = &inv_org_id;

Value      Meaning
-------       ------------------
  1            PJM is enabled
  2            PJM is not enabled

Changes

Project Manufacturing is enabled for another inventory organization and Locator Key Flexfield (KFF) is updated to enable PROEJCT and TASK segments.
