How to collect OES Server Logs to help with Email Center issues.
The following note offers advice on how to gather Oracle Email Server (OES) logs for Email Center implementations.
Note: In the case of R12 this note is only applicable to implementations using OES.
If a 3rd Party Email Server is used, logging will be recorded elsewhere. Please contact your Email Server provider for further assistance.
