Symptoms

Creating attachments to customer records raises error:

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers

Search for Customer
Click on Account Details icon
Click on Attachments Tab

Error page is raised

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttrValException: JBO-27019: Get method for attribute "LastUpdatedByName" in Attach_0_AttachmentListVO could not be resolved
