Symptoms

On : 12.1.2
When attempting to create a product in CMRO the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Internal Error! API returned error without error message"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. cMRO Super User
2. Configuration Management
3. Create Product
4. If input the serial number which already exists, error message comes out


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The error message is not meaningful and should be changed something like "Error : serial number is duplicated."
