Cannot Create New Sub Inventory Transaction Type For Project Transfer, Is Creation of Project Transfer Type Transaction Supported? (Doc ID 1240033.1)

Goal

Requirement: Business wants to create a new transaction type exactly similar to Project Transfer. The goal is to move material between sub inventories within the same project. The objective is to differentiate project transfer (permanent transfer) from project loan (temporary transfer).

These are the setup steps followed:
Inventory>Set up>Transactions>Transaction types.
Create new, similar transaction to Project Transfer

After the set ups are complete, Sub inventory transactions do not allow project material movement. If you enter project and task details on the locator while moving material from one sub inventory to another even in the same project, the transactions is not allowed, you get a message saying:

APP-PJM-58150: You cannot transfer between projects in a subinventory transfer transaction.
