Symptoms

On 12.1.2,

Find that while searching for a Applicant, find that there are duplicate records for Applicants with different source have applied for the same vacancy


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select iRecruitment Manager.
2. Search for applicants.
3. Check results for duplicate applicants.
