Symptoms

In a non WMS enabled organization, upgraded from R11.5.10.2 to R12.1.2. Any attempt to pick release ends with the item being back ordered even though there is plenty of inventory and the sales order has a valid reservation.

In Oracle Order Management
1) Navigate to Shipping
2) Release Sales Order
3) Release sales order
