ARXCUDCI - Enter Customer Address While Logging As Dutch Language User Errors With APP-AR-96282 (Doc ID 1240405.1)

Symptoms

Getting the following error while saving a cutomer address as dutch language user:

Error
APP-AR-96282: Error: No Release Name found for ID HZ_INACTIVATED_ACCOUNT_SITE_UI.

It had been confirmed that NL language is installed properly in the instance.

Steps to reproduce:
-Login as Dutch language user.
-Receivable Manager, N: Customer : Standard
-Create a new customer and a new address.
-Save the changes.
-While Saving the address, users are getting the above error.
