Symptoms
While upgrading an environment to 12.0 or later, the adworker process stops due to a failure while loading the records into GL_JE_SOURCES table.
The adworker log file contains the following error:
Error loading seed data for GL_JE_SOURCES: JE_SOURCE_NAME = AutoCopy, ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_JE_SOURCES_TL_U3) violated

ORA-06512: at "APPS.GL_JE_SOURCES_PKG", line 526
ORA-01403: no data found
