FSA Amounts Calculating on 25 Paychecks Instead of 26

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Find that the calculated per pay period value is based on 25 check dates and not 26 for the Health Care FSA plan.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query an eligible employee.
3. Process the Open life event for 2011 and elect the Health Care FSA plan for annual value of $3000.
- Calculated Per Pay Period Value = 120.00 (3000/25). Value should be 115.38 (3000/26).
