Negative Net Accrual Needs to Be Supported by Autopay

When processing a negative accrual offer, customer cannot create the claim automatically by using Autopay.
Since these accruals will cover a long term period, i.e., one year and the payout is monthly, it becomes extremely complicated to try and create the claim manually, because when you try and associate the claim to specific utilized offers, there are too many transactions. Since the summary view for Period only allows a quarterly view, you cannot determine what month it should be associated with.
Currently an accrual offer that is positive is able to create the claim automatically and associate with the appropriate offer. A negative accrual does not.
