MFS>Process Email Mobile Queries Error: 'DISCARD Not a Mobile Query Email' (Doc ID 1246324.1)

Symptoms

When using the Mobile Query functionality through email, find that the 'Process Email Mobile Query' program does not accept any commands that are supposed to be seeded:

The log file shows this error:
"DISCARD Not a Mobile Query Email: Mytasks"

Get the password from FND
IMAP User Password : ************************************************************
Create a new Email session
Successfully created a Email Session
Set the database connection using: jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(LOAD_BALANCE=YES)(FAILOVER=YES)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=database.server.com)(PORT=10200)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=dbsid01)))
Open the INBOX folder and fetch unprocessed mails
Total new mails found: 1

DISCARD Not a Mobile Query Email: Mytasks DISCARD Not a Mobile Query Email: Addnote 36506

Done mail processing. Now close the INBOX folder and email store.

Steps to reproduce
==============

  1. Send an email with subject 'Mytasks' to the email account that is set up in profile option CSM: Email IMAP User Name. 
  2. Also send an email with subject 'Addnote <tasknumber>' to the same email account. Enter some text in the email body that should be the note text.
  3. Ensure the email is visible in the inbox of that account.
  4. Run concurrent request 'Process Email Mobile Queries'
