CSM_PROC_EMAIL_MQ reports 'Email preference is disabled for user' (Doc ID 1246394.1)

Symptoms

Using the Email Mobile Queries feature in 12.1.3 to send emails with commands to execute mobile queries and have the CSM_PROC_EMAIL_MQ module: Process Email Mobile Queries concurrent program process them, find that the logfile says:

Email preference is disabled for user: <email_address>

Where <email_address> represents the sender of the incoming email.

The entire log looks like this:

Set the database connection using: jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(LOAD_BALANCE=YES)(FAILOVER=YES)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=xxxxx)(PORT=xxxxx)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=xxxxx)))
Open the INBOX folder and fetch unprocessed mails
Total new mails found: 2

DELETE Mobile Query Email: Mytasks

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Send an email with subject Mytasks to the email address as referenced in profile option 'CSM: Email IMAP User Name'
  2. Run the Process Email Mobile Queries concurrent program
