Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Incoterms (International commerce terms) are a series of international sales terms, published by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and widely used in international commercial transactions.

You want to know if Oracle has come up with patches that would provide the latest Incoterms 2010 so that they can be used in applications like Order Management, Purchasing,  etc.
ICC has released INCOTERMS 2010 effective by 1 Jan 2011. The current version of INCOTERMS is 2000.  Current system value set of delivery and freight terms contains INCOTERMS 2000 values.

Need to know the latest information on the patches that have been released to date in all areas of OM, Sourcing, Finance and others so that you can upgrade to INCOTERMS 2010.
The second part of the requirement is to understand if you can change the current value set of Incoterms to accommodate for new Incoterms.

Further details:
The incoterms are captured in a look up code which is FREIGHT_TERMS and this lookup can be found in OM >Setup> Quick codes >Order Management.
They are referred to as Incoterms for Business and are used at various places like orders, invoices etc.  Selection of a particular incoterm/freight term indicates a particular agreement with customer.  DDP, DDU are such examples.
