Sweep transactions spawned the Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML) which errors out as reported in the output log:

Steps to Reproduce
Responsibility : Payables
Navigate: Accounting > Control Payables Periods
1 - Attempt to close period, get message:
     APP-SQLAP-10304: You cannot close this period because exceptions exist.
2 - Attempt to sweep transactions to next period
3 - Confirm operation, request spawned for Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML) program
4 - In requests window, note the program completes in error.
