When attempting to do a MASS UPDATE to transfer Ownership the batch cannot be processed due to the following error:
This transaction line detail ID (&TXN_LINE_DETAIL_ID) cannot have an item instance (&INSTANCE_ID) reference on it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. IB Agent User
2. Mass Update
3. Create Batch -Mass Transfer
4. Current Ownership A - selected for 1000 records changing to Ownership B
6. The error was thrown
