In Learner Self-Service, The Play Button For Launching A Class Does Not Work And Errors Out With 'top._NEW_PLAYER_WINDOW' is null or not an object' (Doc ID 1249824.1)

In 12.0.6, when playing the online class from the class details page, it does not play the actual course content, and following java script error could be seen in the browser status .

Steps to reproduce

1. Learner Self-Service > Learner Home > Navigate to respective category > course > offering details page > class details page
2. See that there is play icon in the table that lists the enrolled classes
3. Click on this play icon , and see that the class does not launch
4. In the browser status bar see that yellow java script error icon, which then shows the error message noted above.

Business Impact
Learner are used to use this interface to search from category and in some of the cases they are accessing directly from the hyperlink provided which takes them to the class details page from which they play the course.
Learners experience a lot of issues and raises many support calls considering that the system is not functioning and they are not able to play the course.
