Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, India AP Localizations

Find that the TDS(Tax Deduction at Source),WCT,ESSI Tax ids are not migrated from Descriptive Flexfield (ATTRIBUTE1,2,3) in Release 11i to Global Descriptive Flexfield (GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE1,2,3) in Release 12 in Payable Invoice Distributions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the TDS,WCT,ESSI Tax Ids should migrate from Descriptive Flexfield (ATTRIBUTE1,2,3) in Release 11i to Global Descriptive Flexfield (GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE1,2,3) in Release 12 in Payable Invoice Distributions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded from Release 11i to Release 12

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the TDS Tax Ids in existing Invoices
