Symptoms

1). Cannot Create Germany & UK Bank and Branches Due to Validations Issues
bank branch> manage banks and branches: Bank >
United Kingdom where you have created a Bank and at this stage you have provided: bank number. And now while creating the Branch: If you enter a bank number, it should be the same in sort code in the branch as per R12 bank validation functionality, else it errors as:
"The bank number and branch number does not match.".
