When trying to open a contract that was previously saved receive the following error:
FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
ORA-20001: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
jtf_griddb.getSeriali zedTableDef reports error:
The metadata definition (datasource) <null> for grid
5.OKSJTF_COUNTERS.JTF_COUNTERS_GRID does not exist.
The error is either in the form or may occur if any part of the metadata
definition is missing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to (R) Service Contracts Manager (N) Launch Contracts
2. Go to the Search icon and query up a previously created Contract.
3. Right click on the contract in the search result window and select to Open Contract
