Concurrent Processing R12 : Table FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS Data Is Not Purging After Clone (Doc ID 1252314.1)

Symptoms

 

On Oracle Applications 12.1.1, Basic SysAdmin functions,
after a clone of Prod successfully without any errors. But we found count of fnd_concurrent_requests table as follows. The purge request is running for long when passing parameter AGE less then 30 days , when we submit age 30, 60 it completed normal in less time, but when we give 29 days age parameter it took 3 days to finish.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the "Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data" request.

The issue has the following business impact:
No issues, Request is running for long when passing parameter AGE less then 30 days , when i sumbit age 30,60 it completed normal in less time, but when I give 29 days age parameter it took 3 days to finish.
